Leviticus 27:11-13

¹¹ If it is an unclean animal, one that a person cannot offer to the Lord, then he will bring the animal before the priest ¹² and the priest will determine whether it is good or bad and the priest will give an estimation of its value. This is how it will be established. ¹³ If the owner wishes to redeem it, he shall add a fifth to your estimation of its value.
